8:45 AM - 9:00 AM - Arrival
9:00 AM - 9:15 AM - Warm Ups and Introductions
9:15 AM – 9:45 AM - Singing/Rehearsal for “Sisi Ni Moja”
9:45 AM - 10:00 AM - Water/Bathroom Break
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM - Singing/Rehearsal for “Crawdad Creek”
10:45 AM - 11:15 AM - Games
11:20 AM - 11:30 AM - Snacks
11:30 AM – 11:55 AM – Final Run-through of both songs
11:55 AM - 12:00 PM - Dismissal
Wednesday, October 8, 2025 - Concert Schedule for 5th Grade Singers
6:00 PM – Arrival Time in Auditorium (5th Graders will sit in the front of the auditorium)
6:15 PM – Arrival of Middle and High School students.
6:30 PM – Walk-through of positions for Sisi Ni Moja in auditorium.
6:40PM – Warm-up and Run-through of Sisi Ni Moja in the band room.
7:00 – 8:00 PM – Concert!

The rehearsal and concert will take place at Hidden Valley High School.
